International Quilt Show Dubai Workshops will be held in the conference rooms of the Roda Al Murooj Hotel, Downtown Dubai
1. You can register for a class only via the online registration form. No other means is a valid registration process
2. Classes are filled out on a first-come-first-serve basis. We open registrations for classes on Friday, November 1st 2019
3. Once you fill out a registration form, IQSD will get in touch with you via email, giving you an official registration reference number. You will have up to 3 working days from receipt of that email to sort out the payment for your class. Depending on the method you have adopted to pay for your class, we will accordingly process a receipt of payment once funds for the class(s) have been received.
4. Each participant is allowed one seat per class.
5. IQSD will not allow a participant to book spaces in classes that have clashing schedules
6. Class descriptions and material supply lists will be available on the website and will be showcased via email to fully paid and registered participants only
7. Supplies for the classes will be provided for at market price by Classic Quilts. Classic Quilts will be available during workshop dates via a vendor table with supplies for the class. Supplies will be sold at a first-come-first-serve basis. No reservations for class supplies will be entertained. Class supplies can also be purchased online on www.classicquiltsdubai.com
8. Refunds: Classes are non-refundable. If you cannot make it to the class for any unforeseen reasons, you are allowed to sell your seat to someone else who is willing and available. IQSD2020 can assist if a ready waiting list for the class is evident
9. Class registrations will be open till one day before the class starts, and closes immediately when a class is completely sold out. If you are keen on registering for a sold out class, you will be put on a waiting list, and based on cancellations, we will contact you regarding space availability for the class of your choice
