FANTASY FABRIC SAMPLE WORKSHOP
21st Feb 2010 Timing 9.00 am - 4.00 pm

Imagine being able to capture all kinds of fun things in your quilt? Cut fabrics, ribbon, threads yarns, metallic stars, Tintzl, and more can all be captured under a layer of tulle. We’ll experiment by doing several 9” squares and the fi nal project will be to incorporate all of the information from the day into a fat quarter piece of “Fantasy Fabric” that can be framed and quilted or cut apart and used in other projects. Creating these fantasy fabrics is lots of fun.

Supply List

    Fabric

  • Four or Five 9” squares of fabric for backgrounds (solid types work best)
  • One fat quarter for background (this does not have to relate in color to the other 9” squares)
