Description

Go beyond circles and straight lines and get a chance to try all of Amanda Murphy's specialty Good Measure Quilting Rulers, featuring a non-skid backing and amazing two-color markings. From waves and clamshells, to feathers and ribbon candy, you'll get to try them all. Find out which are right for you and your unique quilting style!

 

Materials List

Students should bring :

• Marking tool of their choice
• Cutting ruler or some sort to mark measurements (12'' or 12-1/2'' in one direction is great!)
• BERNINA users: Machine with #72 foot and tray table or sew steady table Non-BERNINA users would bring with them a ruler foot for their machine with extension table (slide on table)
• We will have Amanda's quilting rulers available to use in class and also to purchase
• 3 fat quarter quilt sandwiches that we can section off
• 90/14 topstitch needles
• 50 wt. Aurifil thread
• Snips

 

In addition, students should bring the following items, if they own them :

• Quilting Gloves
• Supreme Slider or Free-Motion Glider
