• Quilts in this category will be based off a traditional design or pattern.
• They may be wholecloth, pieced, or applique, fully quilted through all three layers, completed with neat finishing/binding.
• Quilts may be a combination of patchwork and applique as well.
• Designs can be based off patterns, or original design.
• Quilting may be done in any kind of machine- domestic sewing machine, sit down long arm machines and standup movable long arm machines.
• Quilts can be quilted by long arm quilting businesses/friends. These details will be asked for in the quilt entry form.
• If you have miniature quilts following a traditional patchwork approach, you may enter it in this category.
• Size Restriction of quilts- Should not exceed 2.5 meters in Height.

If you enter your quilt in a wrong category, we will reallocate to the appropriate category as per the Quilt Category Guidelines.
